Welcome to TactiCode ("Service"), operated by TactiCode ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
1.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Service.
1.2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service for its intended purpose (sports video analysis).
1.3. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or modify our software.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's integrity or performance.
- Use the Service to harass or harm individuals.
- Share your access credentials with third parties.
2. Beta Program and Data Collection
2.1. Beta Registration
By joining our Private Beta or waitlist, you provide your email address and other professional data, and consent to receiving updates and information related to the Service.
2.2. Data Usage
We collect and store your information to manage your access, verify your identity notify you about changes, and improve the product. We do not sell or share your email with third parties without your consent, except for infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (as detailed in our Privacy Policy).
2.3. Nature of Beta
You acknowledge that the Service is in a "Beta" phase, meaning it may contain errors or bugs and may not function perfectly. You agree to use it at your own risk.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including trademarks, content, source code, and software, remain with us.
3.2. Restrictions
You may not use our branding, logos, or other proprietary materials without written permission.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
4.1. No Warranty ("As is")
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4.2. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss or business interruption) arising from your use of the Service, especially during the Beta phase.
5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms.
5.2. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
7.2. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and EU law, including rights under the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).
7.3. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes, you may contact us at info@tacticode.app. If we cannot resolve the dispute amicably:
- Spanish consumers have the right to use consumer arbitration boards (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo).
- You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
7.4. Language
In case of conflict between language versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1. For Consumers
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law.
8.2. Waiver for Immediate Service
By registering for our Beta and consenting to receive immediate access to the digital service, you acknowledge and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started execution (i.e., once you are granted access to the software).
8.3. How to Exercise
To exercise your right of withdrawal (if applicable before access), contact us at info@tacticode.app with a clear statement of your decision.
